We must learn to take better care of ourselves so that we can take better care of others. And though many of us may already know this deep down inside, actually doing something about it can be challenging. So, instead of shoving our own personal needs into the background, let’s start addressing them head on. We must begin to view taking care of ourselves not as a selfish pursuit to tackle once our work is done, but as an integral part of our daily work as people.
